Service fees (setup and monthly) are stated before you sign up. Plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Our 30-day guarantee: if the service is not answering calls and booking jobs within 30 days of going live, we will work at no additional cost to make it right.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, including sending unsolicited messages or messages that violate carrier rules, the TCPA, or other applicable law. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information and contact lists they provide.
Services are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them running around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of telephone carriers, messaging networks, or third-party platforms outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
